Drool bibs recommendation for 5 months

Hi mummies! My LO is having a runny nose, with sneezing (clear mucus, no fever, no cough). His nose is not blocked but I can hear the mucus gurgling inside when he breaths / drink milk / takes a pacifier. His appetite is still good, doesn't seem to be having difficulty breathing either. What can I do to help him overcome this faster? I'm using sterimar baby nasal spray and also the lollababy nasal aspirator but his mucus keeps flowing

Any advised? Redness and dry skin on the neck. Sometimes he will scratch around the area, maybe its itchy.
