Anyone can feel fetal movement yet?

I’m 15+ weeks now and I thought I felt fetal movement few days back. I’ve not felt anything for a few days now and I’m getting worried.

nope, I'm week 15 now ftm still haven't felt any movements yet 😅

C-section or Natural with epidural?

Hi mummies, I have a very low pain tolerance. Costs aside, should I go for C-section or Natural with epidural? What are your considerations? #FTM

If baby allows, I would go for natural with epi again. It’s 1 tear vs few layers (if you’re lucky, no tear!). Natural recovers faster. My entire delivery was painless (laughing gas and epi).

Miscarriage at week 6 :(

Went for my second gynae visit only to realise that my foetus has no heartbeat. Was told to come back in 2 weeks for follow up. But one week later, I started bleeding and that’s was it, I lost my baby forever 😭

Hi mummies, I'm week 14 now. Can I go for calf/foot massage?

it's better to avoid massaging your feet. I was told that you can massage your feet from 8 months onwards.

Does anyone here experience lower left abdominal pain? Could this be ligament pain?

You can always get it checked, but yes! My round ligament pain was extremely bad when transitioning to 2nd trimester. Im currently 16 weeks, and some days I still feel the pain (not as bad as the first time it hits)

Can I do a prenatal massage?

I’m curious if it’s really safe for the baby. And how many weeks of pregnancy that I can do? #massage

You can only do prenatal massage when you’re week 20 and above!

Blood test at NUH 2nd visit.

Hi ladies,can i still drink or eat before my appointment tomorrow morning for blood test.cos theres no instruction given.if im nt able to eat or drink 8 hrs before.tonight.

I had a morning appointment and instructions were to not eat or drink after 12am. Only plain water.

Can I eat yogurt every day?

Will my baby be allergic to milk? Because I want to get the calcium from yogurt as well. #yogurt

You don’t have to worry about any allergic for your baby now. You can eat it moderately. Just take note of the sugar level in the yogurt in case of gestational diabetes. You will be taking the test when you are week 24-28.
