- 2025-03-11I have scheduled my FTS at KKH but decided to go ahead with private route in SGH. SGH doctor said I can go ahead with KKH test, and then check with KKH on how they would provide me the results, and I can just share the results with him verbally during next consult. He said FTS results are not uploaded in their system unlike regular blood tests.
May I know if KKH will call or email me the FTS results? Can I request them to do so without me going for the doctor's follow up since I'll be seeing my SGH doctor around then too?
Thanks!

- 2025-03-13Hi mom, recently just found out if I pregnant 5weeks, try to make appt to do usg scan but nurse clinic said need to wait until 6weeks to see clearly. But feel anxious and clueless cause feel not sure, eventhou this is my second pregnancy 😄 think want to find gynae from Mount A & give birth there, cause 3years ago Mount a slightly cheaper than Thomson & I like the ambience of the hospital also. but, i saw in online, seems Mount A become more expensive than Thomson 🤣 anyone recently went to Mount A or Thomson?
otherwise, anyone hv experience with gynae from Mount A to recommend for Csect? still in confuse with a few gynae, like Dr Adrian Tan (avail after 25th feb), Dr Liana Koe, Dr Irene Chua, Dr Caroline Khi, Dr Candice Wang. Anyone with them? This time, want to have gynae who hv more emphatic, kind, care to their patients. #Needadvice sorry for long post🙏🏻

- 2025-03-14Scandinavian design is known for its simplicity, functionality, and natural aesthetics. Scandi Oak doors perfectly embody these principles, making them an excellent choice for homeowners seeking a minimalist yet elegant interior. Their light wood tones and subtle grain patterns create a warm and inviting atmosphere, complementing both modern and
traditional Scandinavian-inspired spaces.
A Scandi Oak door enhances the airy and spacious feel of a home, seamlessly blending with neutral color palettes and natural materials like stone and linen. These doors are not only visually appealing but also durable, offering long-lasting quality with minimal maintenance.
Whether used as a main door, room divider, or wardrobe door, Scandi Oak exudes timeless beauty.
For those looking to extend the Scandinavian aesthetic beyond interiors, pairing a Scandi Oak door with a matching gate can create a cohesive design. A wooden gate with a similar tone and finish enhances the home’s entrance, maintaining the minimalist yet stylish appeal characteristic of Scandinavian homes.
Beyond aesthetics, Scandi Oak doors also offer excellent functionality. Many models come with fire-rated options, sound insulation, and sturdy construction to ensure both safety and privacy. Homeowners can choose from a variety of finishes for their gates, including natural
varnish, matte, or semi-gloss coatings, depending on their preference.
Additionally, gates in Singapore work well in both residential and commercial spaces. Offices, cafés, and boutique stores can use these doors to create a clean and welcoming environment that reflects Scandinavian charm. Paired with sleek handles and minimalist décor, they bring a refined yet relaxed look to any setting.
Whether you’re renovating your home or designing a new space, a Scandi Oak door is a smart investment. It brings a touch of Nordic charm while maintaining practicality and sophistication. Pair it with the right furniture, soft lighting, and clean lines to achieve the perfect Scandinavian-inspired interior. Don’t forget to match your main door gate for a complete, harmonious look that reflects simplicity and elegance.
