Will working out affects milk supply?

scientifically speaking the answer is no - suggested by many medical professionals and breastfeeding groups/website. However there are a few things that u need to take note: 1) pump or latch before exercise - u will feel more comfortable and also in case need to drag ur next pump session because the gym cubicles are full or something cropped up 2) drink more water! Perspiration is also tapping on ur water supply so make sure to stay well hydrated or it will affect ur milk supply 3) some people wear a good support sport bra or even a sports bra over the nursing bra for extra support - for ur breast health! I work out too and it didn't affect my supply
