Vomiting non stop

Hi wondermama out there, my 14months old kept vomiting after her meal, had fever on and off. We brought her to the GP doctor said it’s just stomach flu and it should go away in 1-2 days. Prescribed her anti vomiting and fever medicine. But seems like the medicine doesn’t help. She still vomited quite an amount since then. Any similar experience dear mommas?? Should I admit her to hospital? #firstTime_mom #worried
