After 6 week, as before that ultrasound may not be able to defect baby. But of course not like there’s no alternative. If you found out you’re pregnant and want to confirm earlier, gynae can still use a vaginal probe to scan.

You should go in to get the pregnancy confirmed first. Your gynae will schedule the rest of the visits from there on.
Hi... our first prenatal visit will generally be around 8 weeks after your LMP (last menstrual period).
8 week onwards, I went in week 7 and baby was still very small. Week 6 may be only be finding the sac
8 weeks onwards because that’s when the gynae can detect the baby heartbeat!
For me, 6-7 weeks You can see fetal pole & see heartbeat at 6weeks plus.
I went at week 5 but not necessary- can wait for 7 weeks onwards
6 to cfm den subsequent 1 month after which is 10th
Week 8 or 9 onwards.
