Hair Drop Postpartum

When will hair starts to thin or drop after giving birth? Is it 100% all mummies will experience this?

I experienced it for both my pregnancies after 3 months pp. it was bad! I felt like I was going to be totally bald. Literally had a mini bald patch🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
