When is the best time to test for pregnancy?

I was told that the best time to take an at home pregnancy test kit is first thing in the morning. Your hCG levels will higher in the morning, especially with your first morning pee. This will make your pregnancy easier to detect. I know some friends who take it in the afternoon or night and it works just as well but best to take it in the morning.

I use clearblue. It's supposed to be 99% accurate from the day your period is due. But i normally test 4-7 days later so I won't get a false result.
