I changed mine when i was in week5. My butt grew fatter n tummy was also quite bloated so i can't wear my usual M to L-size panties. My husb got me those granny panties from e market, in XL size 😔. Later on i got from shxpee those maternity panty with V shape cutting in front. Feels so much better.
