What to clothe baby with after birth?

Yeah totally fine. Any clothes will do. It's the diapers that you need to take care of. Make sure the top is flip down so it does not cover the umbilical cord until it falls off. Also make sure to clean it daily before and after it fall off.

use loose top and pampers , cause they poop n pee every 2 hours, just make sure the baby umbicle cord is clean. Those onesie avoid better cause very troublesome to change every time and it may tug on the umbicle cord.
