Ang bao confinement nanny

Hi all, what is the market rate for welcome angbao confinement nanny? My friend use the same one and she told me on the last day she gave $50 but didnt say how much she gave for welcome one. Any advise pls? It’s freelancer nanny and her fee is $3,6k exclude work permit application etc

PEM suggests giving their nannies $30-50 each for welcome and departure. I rmb nannysos suggest $80-100 each. I guess it's up to your comfort level; but I would also worry that i upset the nanny with a welcome angbao of "too-low" value and she give me sh*tty attitude for the 28 days.

Need angbao meh the fee alr so high
