Tummy time benefit

My nephew didn’t do any tummy time and turned out fine (couldn’t really rmb when he lifted his neck tbh, it was 8 years ago. Didn’t know what’s tummy time back then.) For my own baby, I started on day 1 (in hospital), she’s able to hold out for a minute+. I just increased the frequency and timing everyday. I tried out of curiosity cause I still didn’t know what is tummy time for, just hear people say tummy time so just try lo. I personally for sure didn’t do any tummy time as a kid cause my mom couldn’t be bothered (thankful I even get milk on time) 😉.
