Smoking while breastfeeding

What will happen if a mum smoke during breastfeed journey. Used to smk during early stage in pregnancy. And after that quite. But now my son is 14 months old. I got the tempt to smoke again.

try to quit if possible. 1 stick of cig takes 3 hours to get out of body. it can be pass through breastmilk. best to smoke after feeding to reduce the transmission.
