What is everyone eating for pre natal vitamins? I only know folic acid #firsttimemom #advicepls #firstbaby #firstpreganancy

Folic Acid up till 12th weeks. Then, Obumin and Fish Oil from 13th weeks till birth. All prescribe by doctor.

what brand of Fish oil?
