What does organic really means and how does consuming daily for me and my family benefits us in the long run?

Organic which usually refers to organic produce are from cleaner farming practises which does not involve or restricts the amount and type of pesticides and fertilisers used in the farming process. It is usually processed without the use of irradiation, industrial solvents or synthetic food additives.. However the definition internationally is different and there isn't any institution to govern the practice. Currently, as Long as 95% of the ingredients are organic, they will call I organic old. The studies on the benefits of organic food versus the normal kind of foodies not conclusive, some say yes, some say not really. So you are not really missing out on a lot if you want to know. However, if you are keen you can choose to buy organic because it is potentially cleaner
