low placenta and cervix check

Was wondering if having low placenta , will gynae still do the cervix check or they will skip until the placenta moves ?

how many weeks are you at? gynae typically doesn’t do cervix check until last few weeks

My placenta went up at 27 weeks hence I had cervix check when I was in 35weeks with contraction.
