Baby movements

Hi, just want to ask how often do you feel baby movements at 22 weeks? For me, some days more and some days lesser/hardly.. is it normal? I heard that later during 3rd trimester then will feel baby movements more consistently.. So should I worry now if I feel lesser baby movements?
