Can we walk Soo much ? Will it effect the baby ?

That’s fine. Walk slower pace than your normal though. For me I feel more breathless than normal. Cos heart is pumping more for you and baby, so it’s working hard. I used to exercise 3-4x/week regularly before being pregnant.
Walking is recommended, 20 mins everyday but all depends on your stamina & health.
im a hcw and have to the whole day
30-40 min walk is okay!
