Advise on hospital to give birth (Mt Alvernia, Gleneagles, TMC, MEN, KKH private)

Gave birth at TMC too, we drove so parking was a little bit of concern but if you get the single bed or premium wards you’ll get concession or free parking. There is also valet parking if willing to spend a bit. We also prayed hard the baby comes out during off peak timing, which she did thankfully. else traffic at Thomson with all the road and mrt line construction works going on can be quite a maze! And if hubs is easily stressed or anxious while driving a soon to be in labor wife, then you must really reconsider driving to TMC. If not driving then just pick up and drop off is fine. TMC is a popular choice because the quality and service standard is good, for the price you pay (they are prolly the most affordable private hospital around) . Food is not bad too. Also depends where your doctor can deliver. Not all doctors can deliver in every hospital.

Gave birth at TMC, from security guards to nurses, everyone was friendly and nice. Nurses were gentle and empathetic too. 24/7 available. However if you are driving, TMC’s parking and traffic might be a problem as there are too many cars but too little lots.

i delivered at sgh before. sucks. now i gg to deliver at mount alvernia for my 2nd pregnancy as it is near my hse.
