Should avoid acne cream. Other than that, i didnt really switch my facial products. But if you are particular, it is recommended to avoid parabens in the products.

if you're not very particular it's ok to continue. I did not change my Skincare products during pregnancy baby is healthy birth at 36 weeks 3.2kg

Avoid anything that has retinol or salyclic acid.

Anything contains mecury, acne healing content
