Baby armpit

There is a bit of redness on my baby’s armpit. What could it be? Irritation? Dirty? I noticed that when i shower her sometimes i leave out the armpit area as she doesnt want to lift it up

you should definitely wash the armpit during shower. if baby doesn’t want to lift up, you lift up and clean. must wash one
