Baby armpit

There is a bit of redness on my baby’s armpit. What could it be? Irritation? Dirty? I noticed that when i shower her sometimes i leave out the armpit area as she doesnt want to lift it up

cradle cap. First time I noticed after ifc too. then tried to rub out the dirt but it hurts bb. so in the end I just wipe n apply lotion whenever diaper change
