Baby armpit

There is a bit of redness on my baby’s armpit. What could it be? Irritation? Dirty? I noticed that when i shower her sometimes i leave out the armpit area as she doesnt want to lift it up

You should clean and dry the armpits too. Sometimes fibres from clothings may be trapped inside the skin folds. I always distract my baby by singing a song or make funny noises and then clean it.
