Cramps at 11 weeks

Hi. Is there anyone experiencing very bad 1 sided headaches and cramps at 11 wks? Im so scared of this. Please help#pleasehelp

it's normal to have headaches and cramps. I had it too. As long as the cramps is not severe or accompanied with bleeding, it should be fine.

im so scared to death that i just kept lying in bed- like total bed rest. coz i had miscarriage 2yrs back.

it’s very normal pls don’t worry so much
