Diarrhea for baby

Hi sorry to bother you all mummies. My daughter 5 months old has been having this kind of poop everyday. And today she has been poop this kind for 7 times already. She on full formula - nan optipro ha 1. On top of that, she has bad diaper rash on her butt. Should I be concern? #firstbaby

For diaper rash use the diaper rash cream(pawpaw) * only on affected area* then once it’s healed up I would recommend mustela vitamin barrier cream but clean her butt with clear water and everything before applying.
