My son 4 years old got pot belly it is normal??

My son got big stomach like pot belly as he quite slim , I worry it is have diabetes ?#advicepls #pleasehelp #1stimemom

I suggest he sees a doctor. There could be other medical conditions that cause the pot belly. Maybe an ultrasound scan will br useful to have a look?
