Govt subsidy for prenatal check up

Saw some articles tt say if go poly clinic n get referral the bill will be cut by half, but what the catch? Anyone tried this can pls share with me?

I think the referral applies for Govt hospitals only tho. And also, Govt hospital don’t stick to one gynae. Private hospital doesn’t have subsidies.

    Uh, we’re talking about the same thing isn’t it? I mentioned referral applies to gov hospital only as OP mentioned regarding bills = subsidies.
