This is Post Natal Depression that will occur to some mummies. If you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed do speak with your spouse/parents/parents in law/friends. Caring for LO alone never easy esp in the early stage where you are lack of sleep while in the process of healing from birth. Never keep to yourself and this can cause suicidal thoughts, emotions and mental breakdown. You can always rant here or speak with someone you trust. If you need helping hands do ask for assistance. Most of the times, we think we can cope but it is not easy. Hope this helps ❤Do take care and please be safe. Virtual hugs to you. ❤

Hey mum, being a parent is overwhelming regardless of whether you’re doing it on your own or with your partner. It’s perfectly normal. As someone mentioned earlier, in this phase it can be especially tough due to the post-natal depression. The best thing to do in this situation is to discuss this openly with your partner. If you feel lonely, tell him. If you need help, ask him for it. Don’t keep it to yourself. And remember, we are always here to listen to you. Take care and remember, it gets easy.
