Hi Sabine, I have a couple of questions: - does eating non-organic foods affect a child's brain development in any way? - what's the difference between organic food and non-gmo foods - It's almost impossible to keep a child on a wholly Organic diet. What practical advice would you give a parent looking to keep a balanced diet for their child, while not depriving them from having some of their favourite 'junk foods'.

Yes. Eating pesticide liden food does affect your child's brain development. Our body and brain grow faster from birth to age 3 than at any other time. if you're going to pick only one time to go pure organic, it should be from conception to age 3. From age 3 just avoid the dirty dozen list.
