Organic which usually refers to organic produce are from cleaner farming practises which does not involve or restricts the amount and type of pesticides and fertilisers used in the farming process. It is usually processed without the use of irradiation, industrial solvents or synthetic food additives. However the definition internationally is different and there isn't any institution to govern the practice - so generally, a cleaner and better farming practice In terms of food that has more than 1 ingredient, 95% of the ingredients have to be organic. In terms of food there is no conclusion as some studies show yes, some shows no benefit as compared to normal. Best to check the labels and Google the it to be sure it's really organic and not a marketing thing u are reading.

Natural produce is just a marketing thing to make you think it is good and healthy (and increase the price!). Go for organic certified produce, check the labels, google them if unsure and if buying at the market ask the uncle/auntie where it comes from. If they don't know, don't buy it!
