would you recommend hay dairies goat milk or Karihome? Any different? Which one is more nutrition?

I love the one in Hay dairies more! Much fresher. Get the one that is more convenient for u. Those fresh goats milk cannot be stored as long as karihome.

If your drink it really chilled, it is quite ok. The chocolate flavor ones does mask the taste a bit.
