Milia seed on baby face

Any reco how to get rid of milia seed? Any cream or anything for baby face? 3 months old baby. Thank you.

It will go away on its own. 😊 Can apply lotion if you want else just normal warm/room temp water daily to clean.

it s been there for 1 month though. lotion will help? is it supposed to be dry or moist? thank you

Hi! my 4mo girl also have for at least 1.5months! but it went away on it's own without applying anything😀
