When will baby talk ?

Am quite worried about my child who is nearly 2yrs old in less than 2 months. He is still babbling, barely says much words other than fish , finish , AC. He initially used to say mummy and daddy but now he doesn’t say it at all. Is it normal? Do babies start talking after 2yrs ?
