Punggol is jam packed with many young couples, wonder how early should we Q for a place at a IFC? #infantcare

You might need the child’s birth certificate number to be ready before you can join the waiting list. Best is to shortlist a couple of IFC in the area.

a few ifcs don’t require it, just edd and parents particulars

I don't think u can Q earlier than 3 months before EDD. thats the criteria stated on sparkletots website. do check with the IFC of your choice.
