Does anyone has short cervical issue? Apart of cervical cerclage, any other painless way?

i diagnosed with short cervix during 2nd trimester. i had weekly jab to avoid preterm labor and took duphaston and doc ordered 2 weeks bedrest. She managed to make it longer after that and delivered my baby at 38 weeks.

hi Sheena, may I know which hospital and Dr. you were seeing? I've a failed cerclage done previously and ended up miscarriage. for this time, am choosing the route of just medication but the doc has been pressuring to get cerclage done which I don't feel comfortable with. thanks much.
