i failed both haha. but its a blessing in disguise for me. now i feel healthier, more energy and my weight has stabilised from the healthier food choices. i used to get energy crashes after meals (culprit was the carbs!) and i couldnt walk more than 4k steps previously but now i can walk 8k plus steps and survive 🤣.

my Glucose test fasting was 4.7mmol
now after meals is within 5.5-6.6mmol
premeals = my reading 4.7 - 5.5
fasting = 5.0
