Allergic to panadol what painkillers to take

Hello, Please advice what painkillers I can take for my migraines/headaches as I am allergic to panadol. I have searched up that mefenamic acid is not good to have during pregnancy and I don't know what other alternatives there are. Thanks #advicepls

Never attempt to self meditate. Best is to seek your gynae's advice. Drinking lots of fluids also helps. During pregnancy your body needs much more fluids so drink up at least 2 litres daily.
