Road trip with 8 months old

We are planning a trip to Malaysia soon. My son is 8months old. We'll be a team of 9 in a van and he's gonna be the only baby in the team. It's a 4 days trip. I am worried about what all things to prepare. Especially food. Please help me with some food options that can be easily prepared. Not breastfed, and don't like to drink much formula as well.
