Mums-to-be, What pain-relief preferences do you have in your birth plan?

First pregnancy, I had jab on thigh, gas then epidural. This is totally unplanned. However, second pregnancy would love to have it natural. But if it doesn't goes as plan then, will be gas. Hopefully not on epidural again.
