Documents to bring when giving birth

Other than my IC. Is there any other documents i have to bring when im giving birth? I do not keep copy of receipts. No records of anything as well. #pleasehelp

Admission letter that gynea will pass to you from week 35 onwards. If you applying for birth cert at the hospital, will need spouse ic and marriage cert. Will need bank account details too, if you opening child's CDA concurrently. Bring along your receipt for gynea checkup during pregnancy. So the hospital can help you to claim the $900 from Medisave upon paying for delivery bills.

Hospitals keep your records so you'll only need to bring your I/C. I brought my pre-admission form but the hospital only needs my I/C.
