Cycling while preg

Is it okay to cycle when im preg? Cycle to buy food, short trip kind. Currently 20weeks but tummy arent that big yet. With this kind of bicycle where i can get on and off easily. #firstbaby #advicepls

it's safe to cycle indoors. But there is a risk of falling. You need to get your doctor's advice first.
