Urgent a bit.

Ok I really need a urgently reply from any mom here. My son is 1year 4 months his now slowly recovering from fever now fever not so high already like mild not very hot just his coughing with Phelgm and slight running nose. He can eat not as much as usual but he do eat at least like half a bowl of porridge. Then suddenly he keep tearing not crying but tearing from eyes. Then just now he slept from 1pm-5pm woke up ate his porridge after that went back laying on the sofa. Help pls!! 😭😭😭 im very like hell now. But his active can play play only when I back from work he active if I'm out for work my grandma take care of him he will tekan my grandma when I'm back from work he active. Help...😭😭#pleasehelp
