35wks pregnant

Hi all...now 35wks pregnancy no. 4...since lunch hour till now I could feel pelvic n rectum pain when walking seating laying down...even when getting up from seating slowly still can feel the pain. Just discharge from hospital due to contraction they give medication to stop contraction.doc did say to induce at 37wk upon discharge doc alert me can be earlier delivery. So now the pain I'm having am I dilating as baby head already engaged ..
