Cramp on Post partum day 9

hi all, is it normal to have menses cramp feeling after giving birth. It comes and go. On day 9 today.

Yes! It’s your uterus shrinking and you’ll probably feel it more if breastfeeding. I always tell myself “okay this is working, it’s going back” to forgot about the cramp when I’m pumping 😂.
