Diarrhoea came at 14w

I am 6 weeks pregnant and experiencing diarrhea for 4 days, but the polyclinic doctor tells me it is unlikely due to the pregnancy. Have been taking charcoal, good bacteria and hydration salts but doesnt seem to work. Im gg to see my GP for a second opinion, perhaps you should see a doctor too to be more certain
