is it normal to be feeling the movements around pelvic area ? it's very low. this is my second pregnancy but i don't experience this with my first pregnancy... not until its near the edd.

Your uterus has been stretched from your previous pregnancy that's why you can feel the baby's movements earlier but @ 25 weeks, yes you should already start feeling the baby's movements.
As you give birth a no. of times, you can feel the movements early.
I started feeling flutters at 11 weeks. Not my 1st pregnancy.
