Baby always spilling milk all over chin

Is it normal for baby (1 month) to spill milk all over his mouth & chin everytime when drinking milk from bottle ? Baby is bottle formula fed.

Yes it is normal. As they are still learning to control milk flow therefore it is fine to have some spits or spill of milk.
