My wife didn't took it at all and she just rely on the "laughing gas". Thruout the whole process, i respected her for her determination and courage to give birth to our healthy little baby.
I didnt take epidural. Yes, it was the most painful I’ve ever experienced but it was worth it. The recovery was fast. In a week, I was back to normal.
tried natural birth/Lamaze method on my first born, still gonna do it with this baby on my belly very painful but its gonna be worth it
I'm going to see how long I can last with out the epidural, the last pregnancy I used it but the first 2 I didn't need it..
If your pain tolerance level is high go for it, mine is very low so opted for it
I'll try the non-epidural and use a laughing gas to endure the pain
