What to put on incision

Hello! I didn’t put any oil etc on my incision. Frankly I let it be as I was too nervous to even touch it. Like still processing that my baby came out of there. When I went back for check up, my gynae said that it was healing well. So I was glad. But she did mentioned to try to rub it with olive oil and massage it gently. Now I’m 8m post c-sect. I’m accepting of the scar that I have.
