Labor and postpartum classes

Do you new mommies out there think its necessary to take classes for these? Is it worth it? I see din na mostly about 5k ish ang class. Wondering if i should as a first time mom and what are good ones na recommended. Im at my 29th week. #firstmom #advicepls #pleasehelp
